Last week, a group of 12 GUESties got to dine at Vera, an innovative restaurant that brings together Mexican and Lebanese cuisines. We had the opportunity to chat with Paola, a partner at Vera, who played a key role in crafting the menu, interior design, and overall concept.

Paola told us that Vera is named for the Mexican port city of Veracruz, where a wave of Lebanese immigration created a new fusion foodway. She then shared some behind-the-scenes information about the Vera menu, which is continually updated to highlight the best seasonal produce. She also shared how the team is always brainstorming and creating new dishes to keep things fresh and exciting.
